MenPAN-RB Siapkan Tiga Opsi Penghapusan Pegawai Non ASN

Jakarta, POROSNEWS.ID – Kementerian Pendayagunaan Apartur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (KemenPAN-RB) masih terus mengkaji isu penghapusan tenaga honorer di lingkup pemerintahan.

MenPAN-RB Abdullah Azwar Anas saat berkunjung ke Gorontalo, Jumat (14/10) mengungkapkan, pihaknya telah menyiapkan tiga opsi dalam program penghapusan tenaga honorer atau non-aparatur sipil negara (ASN) yang direncanakan rampung pada 2024.

Opsi pertama, yaitu dengan mengangkat seluruh tenaga honorer. Opsi kedua, tidak mengangkat seluruh non-ASN, atau ketiga, mengangkatnya secara bertahap sesuai dengan prioritas, yakni pendidikan dan kesehatan.

Ketiga opsi tersebut, opsi pertama MenPAN-RB, Azwar Anas menjelaskan adalah seluruh tenaga honorer diangkat menjadi aparatur sipil negara (ASN). Namun hal tersebut dikatakan akan berdampak semakin beratnya beban negara.

“Pertama adalah kita angkat semua dengan jumlah yang sangat besar, dan ini tentu akan berdampak pada anggaran dan lain-lain,” terang MenPAN-RB, Azwar Anas.

Opsi kedua, kata Azwan Anas adalah tenaga honorer diberhentikan seluruhnya. Dan opsi ketiga adalah tenaga honorer diangkat menjadi ASN berdasarkan skala prioritas.

“Kedua bahwa mungkin kita akan berhentikan semua, tapi kalau diberhentikan semua tentu akan berat karena banyak honorer yang memberikan pelayanan dan tulang punggung pelayanan di berbagai daerah,”

“Ketiga kita akan angkat bertahap sesuai skala prioritas, salah satunya adalah di sektor pendidikan dan kesehatan. Maka di tahun ini sementara diprioritaskan di sektor tersebut, karena masih banyak sekolah-sekolah di desa terpencil yang membutuhkan,” pungkas MenPAN-RB. (f).
