Bone Bolango, POROSNEWS.ID — Penangkapan empat Warga Negara Asing (WNA) asal China terkait kasus penambangan batu hitam di Kabupaten Bone Bolango, Provinsi Gorontalo menimbulkan dugaan upaya-upaya untuk membebaskan keempat WNA tersebut. Kasus ini terus menjadi sorotan dan menyita perhatian masyarakat.
Tidak tinggal diam, Aliansi Pemuda Bone Bolango menggelar aksi unjuk rasa terkait adanya proses persidangan empat WNA Asal China di depan Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Gorontalo, Rabu (19/10).
Adapun tuntutan dalam aksi tersebut, mereka meminta kepada pihak Kejaksaan Tinggi Gorontalo Untuk mempercepat penegakan hukum terkait batu hitam yang ada di wilayah Bone Bolango. Selain itu, mereka juga meminta kepada Aparat Penegak Hukum jangan sampai ada yang menghalang halangi proses hukum WNA yang sementara berjalan di Pengadilan Negeri Gorontalo.
“Kami hari ini turun kelapangan karena adanya WNA asal cina yang sudah melakukan pertambangan secara ilegal di wilayah bone Bolango. WNA tersebut sudah menggerogoti hasil kekayaan alam yang bisa merugikan masyarakat bone Bolango dan sebagai bentuk penjajahan ekonomi di provinsi Gorontalo,”
“Karena adanya Indikasi keterlibatan oknum oknum yang main batu hitam untuk memperkaya dirinya sendiri. Sehingga kami meminta kepada pengadilan Gorontalo harus bisa konsisten dalam mengadili atau memutuskan kasus perkara WNA asal cina ini dengan seadil adilnya sesuai undang undang yang berlaku,” ucap Orator Fahrizul Hasan saat menyampaikan aksi.
