Boalemo Dapat Opini “C” Kepatuhan Pelayanan Publik Ombudsman RI

Boalemo, POROSNEWS.ID – Ombudsman Republik Indonesia mengumumkan penghargaan dalam acara penganugerahan Predikat Kepatuhan Standar Pelayanan Publik tahun 2022 (Opini Pengawasan Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Publik) di Jakarta, Kamis (22/12/2022) beberapa waktu lalu.

Sedangkan untuk Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Boalemo berhasil meraih opini C “Kualitas Sedang” kategori kabupaten dengan nilai 76,31 Kepatuhan Standar Pelayanan Publik 2022 dari Ombudsman Republik Indonesia (RI).

Dan Pemkab Boalemo sendiri menempati peringkat 181 dari 415 kabupaten se-Indonesia, sedangkan untuk Provinsi Gorontalo pemkab Boalemo meraih peringkat ke-1 dengan kategori zona kuning kualitas sedang kepatuhan standar pelayanan publik dari Ombudsman.

Dalam penyampaian Penjabat Bupati Boalemo Hendriwan menyampaikan rasa syukur dan terima kasih atas apa yang diraihnya Kabupaten Boalemo.

“Penghargaan tersebut bagian dari wujud kerja sama seluruh OPD dan ASN, buktinya pemkab Boalemo hadir ditengah-tengah masyarakat dengan memberikan pelayanan terbaik,” jelas penjabat Bupati Boalemo Hendriwan, Sabtu (24/12/2022).

Pemkab Boalemo sendiri kata Penjabat Bupati Hendriwan memiliki banyak inovasi demi memberikan kemudahan, perlindungan dan kepastian hukum kepada masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan.

“Buktinya pemerintah selalu hadir di masyarakat dengan layanan yang efektif, efisien, akuntabel, transparan, serta terjangkau untuk masyarakat yang membutuhkan pelayanan,” ungkap penjabat Bupati Hendriwan.

“Jadikan penghargaan ini sebagai motivasi bagi seluruh jajaran pemerintah daerah Boalemo supaya semakin lebih baik dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Supaya di tahun 2023 Pemkab Boalemo dapat mencapai kategori A zona hijau kualitas tertinggi kepatuhan standar pelayanan publik,” tutur penjabat Bupati Hendriwan. (f).
