Boalemo, POROSNEWS.ID – Pokja Kelompok Kerja Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman merupakan wadah sinergi dan koordinasi dengan berbagai peran Kementerian terkait dipusat dan dinas terkait didaerah untuk urusan pembangunan air minum dan sanitasi serta urusan pembangunan perumahan dan kawasan pemukiman.
Pokja Kabupaten Boalemo harus dapat memenuhi peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar melalui peningkatan kualitas kesehatan dan keterjaminan ketersediaan akses air minum dan sanitasi yang layak dan aman, kata Asisten II Boalemo Fadlina Podungge saat Rapat Koordinasi Pokja PKP dan Kawasan Pemukiman, bertempat di kantor Bapppeda, Senin (28/11/2022).
Pokja PKP diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi daerah kedepan misalnya :
1. Terlaksananya proses pembangunan perumahan dan kawasan pemukiman yang mampu mengakomodasikan kepentingan pemerintah sebagai regulator, pengembang, penyedia dan penerima manfaat sehingga dapat mengurangi potensi konflik yang tidak diinginkan.
2. Pemerintah pusat dan Pemerintah daerah akan terbantu dalam proses sosialisasi mengenai kebijakan terkait pembangunan perumahan dan kawasan permukiman (PKP).
3. Terbangunnya koordinasi yang baik dan mensinergiskan arah daerah pembangunan perumahan dan kawasan permukiman sesuai tujuan pembangunan perumahan yang efektif didaerah.
4. Ketersediaan jalur komunikasi dan artikulasi kepentingan seluruh pemangku kepentingan perumahan dan kawasan pemukiman di daerah.
Sementara Kepala Bapppeda Kabupaten Boalemo Srijun T Dangkua menyampaikan bahwa Rapat Koordinasi hari ini, bagi kami merupakan agenda strategis guna membahas rencana kerja Pokja PKP Kabupaten Boalemo tahun 2023, sebagai upaya penguatan kelembagaan Pokja PKP yang bertujuan menyatukan dan menyelaraskan konsep pengelolaan data.
Selaku Ketua Pokja PKP Kabupaten Boalemo, saya menekankan beberapa hal terkait peran dan fungsi Pokja PKP yaitu :
1. Penyusunan rencana kerja Pokja
2. Strategis peningkatan peran Pokja dan forum PKP dalam penyelenggaraan pendataan yaitu penguatan kapasitas staf Dinas PKP dalam pendataan, pengelolaan data dan informasi
3. Melakukan sinergi dalam pendataan multi pihak di Pokja PKP dan Forum PKP; Penyelenggaraan Forum Data PKP secara berkala
4. Pembinaan dan peningkatan kapasitas tenaga pendataan PKP dan penyelenggaraan pusat data dan layanan PKP (klinik perumahan) di daerah.
5. Pokja PKP kami harapkan secara berskala minimal setiap triwulan, kiranya dapat memberikan laporan kepada unsur pimpinan daerah.
6. Pokja PKP agar proaktif melakukan koordinasi melalui kunjungan kerja ke instansi/lembaga tingkat Provinsi, Satker dan unit kerja perwakilan dan memastikan kelengkapan usulan program yang sudah dan atau usulan yang akan diajukan oleh Pemda Boalemo.
