Boalemo, POROSNEWS.ID – Pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK) untuk Kabupaten Boalemo setelah diumumkan yang lolos berkas administrasi ada 538 orang dari yang mendaftar 539 orang, sementara koata bidang guru 399 formasi.
Selanjutnya yang lolos administrasi berkas akan mengikuti ujian oservasi dalam rekrutmen PPPK kata Plt. Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Boalemo Yakop Yusuf Musa saat diwawancarai diruang kerjanya, Rabu (23/11/2022).
Jadi rekrutmen PPPK di bidang guru telah melalui tahapan sejak tanggal 3-13 November 2022 dan sebelumnya telah didahului dengan sosialisasi kepada kepala sekolah oleh panitia pelaksana.
Setelah itu ada masa sangga dan kalau tidak ada lagi sanggahan maka selanjutnya masuk pada tahapan evaluasi oservasi.
“Melalui evaluasi oservasi pastinya yang lolos hanya koata 399 formasi,” jelas Plt Kaban BKD-Diklat Yakop Yusuf Musa.
Kemungkinan besar yang lolos dan mengisi Formasi adalah Putra Putri Boalemo dimana mereka-mereka itu yang memang sudah mengabdi jadi guru Honorer dengan lama kerja minimal 3 tahun keatas, sebagai persyaratan wajib diperpenuhi. (f).
