Helmy Santika,SH.,SIK., M.Si membuka hotline layanan pengaduan masyarakat “Dumas Presisi – Polda Gorontalo” baik melalui telpon 110, Whatsapp (WA) 085173330986, Instagram dengan akun @kapoldagorontalo29 atau email : kapoldagtlo29@gmail.com
Kapolda Helmy katakan bahwa dengan dibukanya Hotline layanan pengaduan tersebut diharapkan dapat mempercepat pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
“Mudah-mudahan dengan adanya hotline ini, segala pengaduan dan keluhan masyarakat dapat tertangani dengan cepat, akurat dan tuntas,” Terang Helmy. Rabu (2/11/2022).
Helmy juga berharap agar masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan layanan ini dengan sebaik-baiknya dan tentunya bisa dipertanggungjawabkan.
Sementara itu Kabid Humas Polda Gorontalo Kombes Pol Wahyu Tri Cahyono,SIK mengatakan selain hotline layanan diatas, masyarakat juga bisa memanfaatkan Grub Facebook Quick Respon Polda Gorontalo untuk menyampaikan informasi maupun pengaduan.
“Masyarakat juga bisa memanfaatkan Grup Facebook Quick Respon Polda Gorontalo untuk menshare informasi maupun pengaduan, secepatnya akan kita tindaklanjuti,” kata Wahyu.
