Upaya menjaga APBN sebagai shock absorber
– Reformasi fiskal dan struktur yang efektif
– Penguatan spending better melalui efisiensi belanja operasional dan penguatan program prioritas
– Subsidi lebih tepat sasaran dan berkeadilan
– Skema kerja sama pemerintah dengan badan usaha (KPBU) yang lebih masif
– Mengendalikan defisit dan resiko hutang dalam batas aman
Upaya Menjaga Momentum Pemulihan Ekonomi
– APBN 2022 dijaga waspada, antisipatif, responsif untuk antisipasi ketidakpastian
– Program PEN tetap responsif
– Dukungan untuk UMKM, antara lain melalui program KUR dan penjamin
– Menjaga pasokan batu bara untuk kebutuhan dalam negeri
– Dukungan untuk proyek padat karya, pariwisata dan ketahanan pangan
– Insentif perpajakan PPh pasal 22 impor
Upaya menjaga stabilitas harga dan daya beli masyarakat
– Menjaga harga jual, BBM, LPG dan Listrik
– Insentif selisih harga minyak goreng curah dan kemasan sederhana agar tetap terjangkau
– BLT minyak goreng bagi 20,65 juta KPM, Kartu Sembako dan/atau PKH serta 2,5 juta PKL makanan
– Cadangan stabilitas harga pangan (CSHP), antara lain kedelai dan jagung
– Penurunan pungutan ekspor (PMK 115/2022).
