Germas Puskesmas Paguyaman Pantai melaksanakan aktivitas dengan berolahraga.

Boalemo, POROSNEWS.ID – Mungkin kebanyakan orang belum begitu mengetahui bahwa penyebab penyakit yang tidak menular yakni jarang melakukan aktivitas fisik.

Padahal yang kita tahu bersama diabetes melitus, hipertensi, penyakit jantung koroner, gagal ginjal dan stroke, masih menghantui di Indonesia, ungkap Kepala Puskesmas Paguyaman Pantai dr. Zubaidah Ali Rauf saat Germas melaksanakan aktivitas fisik di lingkungan Puskesmas, Rabu (8/12/2022).

“Penyakit tersebut sebenarnya bisa dikurangi resikonya dengan banyak melakukan aktivitas fisik sehari-hari,” jelas Kepala Puskesmas Paguyaman Pantai dr Zubaidah Ali Rauf.

Untuk itu pemerintah melalui Puskesmas memiliki program Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat dalam mewujudkan masyarakat yang sehat.

“Jadi aktivitas fisik dibagi menjadi tiga macam, antara lain aktivitas fisik sehari-hari, aktivitas fisik latihan serta aktivitas olahraga,” ujar Kepala Puskesmas Paguyaman Pantai dr Zubaidah Ali Rauf.

Dalam melakukan aktivitas fisik sesuai kemampuan kata Kepala Puskesmas Paguyaman Pantai dr Zubaidah Ali Rauf maka fisik kembali sehat dan terhindar dari penyakit yang selama ini diderita oleh masyarakat. (f).
